Lower back and Right leg below knee pain
Dull aching pain below my right leg below knee level that doesn't go without taking neurobion forte. Dr diagnosed nerve related pain due to compress nerve which got treated using ashvagandha and regular walks earlier but now is paining again. Please advise as I cannot consult Doctor.

Do you have simultaneous Lower back pain as well or other joint involvement. Because correlation to these two conditions points to two different diagnosis with 2 different treatment plans.

If you are smoker than you have to cut down your smoking or If your Job demands long standing hours you have to switch for desk job
Health Tips
Don’t life heavy objects. Avoid Motorcycle rides and cycling.
