Pain in right leg and lower back
I consulted doctor and he prescribed ashwagandha after diagnosis for treatment of nerve compression. Pain is not going away though after months of taking medication, exercising and ensuring right posture.

Please show to a neurologist or neurosurgeon to assess clinically which nerve is getting compressed and what needs to be done depending on the severity of your symptoms and disc disease on the mri scan .
