I have a mild lower back pain and full pain in my both legs in thighs area and calf area pain in food area and a tingling sensation also..for this last month I done MRI reports are have a mild disc bulges on L4-5 L5-S1 levels causing indeataion on anterior epidural fat no nurve root compression And I have a mild disc bulges are seen at C4-5 and C5-6 levels are causing indentation on thecal sac no spinal cord compression My doctor told me this is not a problem..he just told me to do physical exercise but I'm not getting relief last 2 weeks it was not there but now I'm getting same pain
