Leg pain during TB treatment.
Iam taking ATT since 3 yrs for Brain & spine TB. I was on Steroids (wysolone) for 2 yrs and have osteoporosis for which I have taken teriparatide injection. My uric acid ESR CRP Calcium vitamin D is normal and Arthritis test is also normal. Iam having Leg pain daily. Is it because of medicines side effects? Neurologist said it's not Neuropathy, Arthritis specialist is saying it's not Arthritis and uric acid is also normal. Please suggest something Also iam having back pain even after taking ATT for 3 yrs. Is it normal ?

It can be due to 1. Radiculopathy (bone tb causing nerve root compression) 2. Side effect of TB medication 3. Nutritional deficiencies Kindly provide few details 1. What is the type of pain - sharp shooting/stabbing, pricking, burning, dull aching 2. Location - one leg or both from where to where 3. Aggravating and relieving factors 4. Details of medications you’re currently on
