Mild facial asymmetry is completely normal â almost everyone's face is slightly different on each side. True facial drooping such as Bell's palsy or a nerve problem would come on suddenly and be accompanied by inability to fully close one eye, drooling, or difficulty smiling on one side. If your face has always looked this way, it is just natural asymmetry and nothing to worry about.
Next Steps
If this is how your face has always looked, no action needed. But if you noticed it suddenly in the past few days or weeks with any weakness or eye issue, see a doctor urgently. Consult me on Practo if you have any associated symptoms.
From the pictures, it appears normal.
But there is something called Emotional / volitional components in 7th nerve palsy
If you had a doubt that you have facial drooping (these pics shows volitional component which is normal) you need evaluation
