Hi doctors, Recently I was doing squats and I heard popping sounds 2-3 times. After that I am feeling little pain in my knee only during walking or climbing stairs. What should I do about it?

Hello Doctor, I am getting pain on right leg thigh from past few days. I am professional software engineer and I usually sit 1-2 hours on a computer chair continuously up to 8 hrs. In between I will take 15-30 mins break.

Sir, i was facing pain in elbow with pain while holding or gripping from the wrist since 10 days. Im having a job which requires lot of exertion with my rt hand. The pain doesnt interefere with my job, only difficulty was with holding anything from my hand. Now after 10 days , my pain has radiated to my shoulder. There is tenderness in my shoulder as well as in elbow in the bony prominence. Pls help.
