Bone & Muscle problems

Having foot pain from February due to covid situation didnt go to doctor for treatment. Initially I thought must be sprain or muscle compression like that . I applied pain relievers cream but still it pains the same .I can tolerate the pain but I want to know the cause of pain .I attached the pic where it pains through marking .. I will consult doctor through practo but without x ray how can they diagnose and I dont want pain killer tablets..

How much time does it takes to fully recover tendon? After how much time  can i use my finger normally as before ..., After surgery? Please tell me

Hi 27f I have upper back pain just back of breast severe left side since Jan used many medications like pregabalin myoril etoshine many medications but no relief...also I have history of bilateral minimal pleural effusion...hands and legs pain fingers pain on and off ...I also have pcos my query is can I get covishield vaccination with all these pains bcz I don't know the cause of my pains...if I have rheumatoid arthritis though I don't have but in case I have that even than vaccine is safe?or should I get an mri then plan on vaccination?plz reply

That time I hadn't gone under surgery that time doctor recommends that normal plaster would repair my bone. So my question is can I join gym cause in gym we lift heavy weights. Can it harmful for me to joining gym. Please guide me and my latest x-ray attached.

I do feel pains because of swelling in my veins. This constantly happens in different parts specially in legs as well as hands. Pain mostly occured in joints. Example wise finger joints, elbow joints same as in legs. Please provide needful info

So I have done a mri of the spine and the impression is- minimal diffuse posterior bulge of c4-c5 and c5-c6 discs and traumatic wedging of d4 to d7 vertebral bodies, without significant retropulsion or spinal canal stenosis... What does this mean?

Dear Saviours, I did skipping for 1 week & experiencing ankle pain in both legs & appears like slight buldge & it hurts more when I walk or move my legs. I tried using Volvine spray, putting ice cubes on paining area but it didn't help... Also, I didn't have any incident of skit or hurt while doing skipping....  My weight 71kg, height 170cms...
