Hi doctor, can I take Nicip plus for my lower back hip pain on left side.I have taken one tab afternoon after lunch. Can I take another tab at night or not

I am a working woman due to which I am facing neck pain , shoulder pain and I feel pain in my nerves in backside of head, pain run through nerves to the whole hand. I did some test 6 months ago, it's not cervical but sever pain due to postures. I have pain in nerves too and I did 2 months physiotherapy also. But only 30% relief. so what should I do and whom to consult for nerves pain?

Hi ...iam using mobile daily continously for chatting browsing from morning 10 to night 4 am continuously....iam having upper back pain just back of chest left shoulder pain and hands wrist fingers pain ...are these due to mobile usage?I always use mobile laying on bed ...I used many pain killers but no change in symptoms ....I even used pregabalin tablets too ...no change in that also ....what may be the reason plz help ...also iam having pain in middle of buttocks line when i sit or keep pressure ...does all these pain related to something serious issue?upper back pain since Jan and buttocks middle line pain severe since 1 month.should I get mri done?will mobile usage cause arithritis plz help thank u

From last 1 and a half years I am facing problem with my knee and below my knee, I was ignoring this just by wearing knee cap and putting some pain reliever. But the pain got more and more and now I am not able to bend with entire leg with comfortably. Aslo I can't sit with kneeling down. I don't know whether its a issue of my the nerve or the bone. He I have pain near knees after vaccination with covishield, it's kind of pain where you feel like something is pulling and my feet is feeling cold, like chills running through my left legs and that too below knees. Should I be concerned about blood clots, as it's been 7 days after vaccination. Please suggest and the pain goes off after sleep but again gradually starts after getting up!
