Bone & Muscle problems

I start getting pain in the lower back when i stand/walk for an hour or so. Why? I'm 6ft 2inch, Earlier I was 89kgs(healthy and good physique with workout) and then during lockdown my weight down to 83kgs due to nearly no workout. So is it that there has been weight loss including muscle loss because of which my lower back muscles cant bare 83kgs also? I don't understand, before lockdown I had very active lifestyle and good workout, now I don't have that active lifestyle, also wfh is going on but i take hourly break and get up and walk, strech. Even after i wake up my lower back area has a small pain. Please guide

Hello Doc, I fractured my collar bone couple of month ago and now pain has gone but the bone didn't join

I think, I have overstretched my leg muscles during workout. Now i am having hip pain on left side. Any movement of left leg is causing pain to the hip. What are the remedies regarding this condition?

My grandfather falled while he was drying his clothes. He was complaining of pain where he got hurt but he was able to walk and sit, we started medication under a doctor.After few days grandfather told us that medication is not working. we consultated the doctor again and he he changed the medicine.After having the medicine for few days he is not able to sit or walk also he is not eating food. He is completely bed ridden.Can anyone help on this and guide as with further steps Fast response is appreciated.

Hi My son got injured while playing on the roof on 5th july evening. There was no bruise but he started limping slightly. I have applied dichlorophenac gel 3- 4 times on that area. Along with that mustard oil application as well. But today is 11th july he is still limping slightly. There is no pain, swelling redness on that area. He is walking running as well but i can see there is some prob with his right leg. He is not running n walking like he earlier used to do. What should be done in this case??
