Bone & Muscle problems

I'm having upper left back pain , I'm having this pain since from last 2 years but the pain is not stay for so long . Whenever I sit I started feeling like something is moving inside in my back , I did X-ray but the report came normal . And dr said it is just a muscle pain ... what can I do .. is it serious?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from psoriatic arthritis since 5 years. Now a days feeling very pain in bones. What kind of treatment is best for me and is there any special doctor for my issue?

Experiencing little pain in right leg if I stand for a while  and numbness in lower back and buttock .ankle also swollen .nerves visible in leg. I used to go for jogging but one day last week I realised I'm not running properly because one of my legs not supporting and back also bit paining then I took rest and stop going for jog and observed the above mentioned symptoms from last 3-4 days and then took aceclofenac tablets I could feel better to some extent and the above mentioned conditions still remain with less intensity . And I have my physical endurance test in 2weeks I'm preparing for this from past 3-4 months and I have to clear it so please help me how can I go about this condition of mine to become normal as past and clear my physical endurance test Or suggest me if I have to take rest and not involve in any physical activity or do I have to start light physical activity please help me by giving me suggestion because it's very important and I have paucity of time

Two ligaments in right knee are teared after she fell down on December 2020. Later she took pain killers and did physiotherapy only on Jan 2021 after unbearable pain. Now she is feeling pain in her knee while bending it like sitting down in floor and getting up. Otherwise she is ok...How to proceed further, Is treatment necessary or taking rest will improve the situation.

I feel mild pain in bones of legs mostly at bed time. Sometime I feels at my hands joints but mostly in legs. Is it a deficiency of vitamin D? Can I consume Architol nano bottle ?

Yesterday I went to a doctor bcoz I m suffering from neck hand and back pain alot.. I can sit for long.. He told me to go for xray.. After checking the xray he said my neck bone is bending... I need to take care of it otherwise it'll create a big problem in future.. Plz check this xray and let me know.. Is it correct whatever he said???

I had contracted COVID virus in End of April and currently taking medications for inflammation in sacroiliac joints for over few weeks which appears to be a post COVID issue. Although the medication doesn't include any corticosteroid yet, is it safe to take the COVID vaccine now? Or should I wait further? If so, how many days/weeks more?
