My 6 year old is having upper back pain for 20 days, initially the pain was on and off and now it is paining all the time and this time the pain came in the lower back. We took x ray and everything was fine and doctor prescribed calcimax syrup for 1 month.

Start some painkiller syrup like Combiflam 5 ml 3 times a day And syrup Vit D3 60k once a week for 4 to 5 weeks
