Bone & Muscle problems

My mother 68 year old falls in bathroom has small fracture in back after one month medicine suggested by orthopedic she hasn't feel better however pain increased. Only shelcal is suggested to keep going and braces for back. I am attaching both xray after injury and now.

No pain but my joint crackling has sound when I move normally and doing exercise. What can I do ? Suggest please

As soon as I get up after lying on the bed for some time, the outer thighs hurt. The pain radiates from just beside the hips. Also, it hurts for around 30 seconds and then goes away. This happens every time I get up from the bed after lying down for some time.

MRI report:-concentric disc bulge l4-l5 indenting thecal sac ,mild narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and lateral recess, no neural compression on either side My physiotherapist told me to do extension excercises iam currently doing them but now I have pain in my gluteus to what should I do?

My mother has knee joint pain in one of her legs. She went through an x-ray and the doctor said that her gum in the knee has been corroded i.e damaged. And the doctor said she is in the first stage and asked her to follow some exercises. For the past few days, she was busy and couldn't exercise. Now she has pain again in the knee joint. L5S1 level left subarticular disc protrusion causing compression on anterior theca- mild indentation of left exiting nerve roots.
