What should be daily intake IU of vitamin D3 for a vegetarian 7 year old girl ? She is currently taking 500 IU per day.

Hello Dr. , My mother got recovered from Covid on May14th and since then she is having pain in lower legs and feet whenever she walks or does household chores. When she sits then she doesn't feel any pain. Why does it happen? Rest she is completely alright and not having any sugar, thyroid or any BP.
