Disc bulge and Sciatica pain
I'm suffering from disc bulging problem since October 2020 and Sciatica since April 2021. I was unable to sit or walk when Sciatica started initially. Then I went for physiotherapy in lockdown for a month. So, I'm able to do normal activities for a short period of time, but if I walk or ride 2 wheeler for long, it again starts pain a lot. One of the doctor said to get the surgery done since there is severe nerve compression due to disc bulge after reading the MRI reports. Please suggest what to do. I'm attaching my MRI report.

Needs clinical examination . In most cases lifestyle changes and natural history works in favor of the patient.  There are very few selective indications for surgery
