I seem to have developed pain in my knee without any reason. I have not been engaging in strenuous activities of the knee due to the pandemic. I have pain and stiffness with a clicking sound inside my left knee joint when I flex it (bend it backwards). I have noticed that pain occurs mostly when I flex my knee with a relaxed ankle. If I flex my ankle then the pain is reduced during knee flexion. No amount of rest is making it better.

Dear sir,  I am male. 33 years old. My weight is 100kg. No blood pressure. No diabetes. No any underlying condition.  History 1:   9 years ago, I underwent surgery in my right wrist. The distal radius bone has been broken and doctors implanted T-butress plate and screws and still the plate and screws are inside my wrist. I am experiencing pain right from 2021.   History 2:  I have been infected with sars-2 covid virus on May 23. I have been admitted in hospital on May 25. My CT score was 20/40 on June 1. I have been discharged from hospital on June 7. I took 12 days home rest after discharge. Now all my symptoms went away. But, when I walk upstairs means, I am experiencing fast breath and fast heart beat. It would be really grate full of you are able to answer me below one question. 1. Orthopedic doctor told, if you are experiencing pain in your right wrist means, we can remove the plate. So now can you please tell me when is the right time to do surgery on my right wrist?

Both knee joined pain problem from last two months, acidity problem from few years No medicen used the same

I used to run 3/4 kms  everyday for around three years before i developed mild pain in my left knee in the year  2018. Knee pain increased over the time followded by  back pain and weekness in whole  left knee. I stop running, even walking for some months, when i consulted   orthopedics & physiotherapist. MRI report said i have mild PIVD pressing nerve roots, but left knee shows no deformity. After some physical therapy and home exercise and medicine i got some improvement from back pain and weekness in my left leg. Presently i cannot run as earlier, even walking for some distance my left get easily fatigue. Another main concern is that my left knee is not doing as normal as earlier. The Knee has grinding sound like the sound of crushing two hard rocks when bending or stretching. Without  knee support, i cannot walk a quite long. Can I get out of these illness and back to normal  if i get proper treatment from some of your specialist? plz advice me.

Dear Sir I have 1.COMMINUTED FRACTURE OF LEFT DISTAL END RADIUS 2 DRUJ SUBLUXATION. Surgery recommended by surgeon and proceeded with 1.ORIF WITH PLATING FOR LEFT DISTAL END OF RADIUS 2. ORIF WITH K WIRE FIXATION on 1st june. Stiches removed on 14th June. But Till today I can able to move fingers but I couldn't able to do supernation and pronation . it's restricted. And I asked my surgeon about this he advised try to rotate in my own.if not possible go for physiotherapy. Here one question Is this normal effect after the surgery. Will every one get after surgery? Will it improve by time? When it will be set right? Do I get previous functionality of after how many months? What are the better options with me now? Please explain sir.

Chronic knee pain past 6 months. MRI impression shows moderate joint effusion and complex tear of posterior horn. Hyperintense posterior cruciate ligament. What are the treatment options? I don't want to get in to a surgery. Do we have other treatment options other surgery??

Facing pain from last 2 years . After doing all household works like cleaning the room, washing utensils and preparation of food hand got swollen in biceps area and also having nech pain and burning sensation in feet. Hi, I am more than grade 2 spondylolisthesis l5 s1. As the pain always moves to legs at one side. Now the problem is that I have post polio syndrome in my right and pain is in my left leg due to which I suffer very much because right leg cannot bear much weight due to PPS. I have consulted many doctors for this. Few suggest me for surgery. I have never met a doctor who have treated a spondylolisthesis patient with PPS. I know there are much advanced surgeries like robotic surgery for backbone but these surgeries need balanced walk for recovery but there is limbing while walking. I need your suggestions on this.
