Sir I have acute back pain I have contacted orthopedic siliguri doctor and undergoes all blood test and x-ray finally said I have uric acid I.e 7 ....Given medicine for 3month uric acid lows down to 3.5 but pain continues no improvement Then contacted neurologist does MRI and again all types of blood test even contacted physiotherapy does exercises for 3month neurologist says result is fine in MRI no problem and said it's not my case contact to physician Or rheumatologist contacted of no use. Sir last 3year I have been traveling by byke for 50k.m for my job  from there may be pain started first it's mild then last 1.5 year it's become acute however I'm in rest for last 1.5year bcoz of work from home due to corona Plz guide what should I do now if required I can furnish you all reports of blood test x-ray and MRI One more thing about pain is it's in particular area that is in back only no other joint pain it's at the low back pain and it's sides to upward of back

Is this x ray normal? Or do i have a problem. What is the problem. What can be the synptoms is there is a problem

Hello sir / mam i have a lot of driving and my lower back is suffering a lot. Should i buy soft memory foam pillow or the hard PU foam pillow for lumbar support. There is memory foam all over the market. I am confused. Need your advice on the same.

Hi Dr, I am feeling a lot of pain in back till knee. Permanent and severe pain. Attched is the MRI report of spine. One Dr is saying that this will only go afyer operation. Please suggest if operation is the only resort or medicine can work. Thanks in advance.

I was injured 10 days ago by falling from running bike.But after 10 days my knee starting swelling and severe pain and i cant stretch my leg..pllz suggest something...is it fracture or something...My knee wound is also recovered..

Earlier problem in right arm and neck but now transmitting to leg also . Numbness in leg , problem while walking , even some noise like breaking of bones in right hip. Heavy load on right leg while moving .

Kindly suggest general medicines OTC for back pain. It's like bone pain right down I feel the krrr Sound kind of thing in the bone. When I test I feel good improvement. Otherwise if I perform some work say lifting bucket etc I feel krrr sound or a rapid joint pain kind of thing.
