Neck stiffness and shoulder blades and above muscle from neck to shoulder pain while pressed,from 2 days it's happening and today morning felt chill type sensation on neck back side after walking up for 30seconds, have habit of sleeping on stomach by keeping neck on side. What to be taken care of.pls suggest.

Hello Respected Doctors/Physios 15 days ago i had lifted heavy weights roughly 45 kilo on My back at Farm. I jad pain on lower back and was diagnosed with mild dis bulge of L4 amd L5. My paim was reduced in lower back after physiotherapy. I am now experiencing pain om gtrater trochanter while ealking etc it is painful . 1) should i rest complete or do basic l4 l5 recovery excercise 2) whats good cold pack or hot pack? 3) any idea whats wrong?

While i bend downward and the move upwards i feel pain inlower back are, although ilthe pain is acute and eases out within second but it has not improved since 1 month of yoga and exercise, the pain is rhere only when i come upward not while i am downward, i dont have any deficiency also had all my body test done .is it normal or abnormal.
