Stiff neck
After a chiropractic neck manipulation ( cause I was having neck pain ) my pain does not get any better and my upper neck is tight and hurts .it's been one day

Take muscle rexlant and pain killer combination medicine for 5 days if it does not work get a check done by an Orthopedic surgeon
