My height is around 157cm and my weight is approximately 57kg. My heels are smooth, Not Cracked but still it hurt alot specially from last few days. Few years it usually happen in summer season and from last 3 years it stopped completely but now it again started hurting bad. Please suggest something.

If it hurts more in the morning in the heels
I suppose you are suffering from plantar fasciitis
It needs a intralesional injection and footwear modification followed by a physiotherapy
In case pain more in back of heel u might be having a retrocalcaneal bursitis which also is managed by footwear modification ultrasound therapy depending upon grade of the disease or sometimes even surgery
