Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I am having pain in my lower back, knee, ankle and foot upside. Working it IT doing work from home. I was having D2 deficiency, not sure of current status. What kind of diet and physical activity I need to follow.

Myself suffering lot with bone tb. Total 4 times biopsy on back . Swelling removed fus removed but pain still heavy all over body . Mainit joints right knee right ankle right side patchy air space on lungs right kidney renal crystals paraparesis both legs . Can't walk can't sit for long term . Heavy weight loss and bones left slowly gaining weight after tb medication bed ridden from March 2021 . Physiotherapy simulation going on from one week . Shall I go for regourous physiotherapy or shall wait for tb medications to end up. I can't sleep straight because if back pain biopsy holes , turn left right every half an hour . What's the solution to all these and can i try physiotherapy regourously now.

Pain in hand, knee joints and unable to pick up any stuffs sometimes. Have arthritis already. Nowadays it is becoming very difficult to hold any stuffs in left hand and hold. The hand was hurt 2years ago.

I had pain in chest due to lack of vitamin d but after taking 20 day medicine I didn't get any relief from pain. And day by day mera pain badh raha h sabhi bones me . I wanna know much serious to nhi h like bone cancer or bone tumour.

I have pain in my upper back and left hands 2 fingers tingling and numbness, left leg also paining. What's the possible causes and whom to consult.

Hi im working in IT. due to wfh we are working for long hour more than a year. for past 4 week iam not able to sit for more than 30 minutes. severe back paina nd spinal bone pain i have taken epidural fr baby delievry.some times i feel pain around that epidural area.also . Kindly help on this

MRI report:-concentric disc bulge l4-l5 indenting thecal sac ,mild narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and lateral recess, no neural compression on either side. The point is I have forward bending problems and reports says Bilateral neural foramina so I was confused which excercise to do extension or flexion Ps:- my physiotherapist suggest me extension excercises.

I experienced pain at certain areas of fingers yesterday after typing for too long on laptop. Why did this happen? The pain has vanished now. Can it cause serious problems to fingers?

Dr suggested me to get a  tendon repair surgery for my left leg ankle...since I got a cut in Achilles tendon near abut 2 months ago.. I want to know the details of this surgery...what method the dr follows for surgery...how long it takes to get healed and how long I will have to wait to walk with the same leg? Do I have to take complete bed rest for few months after surgery?
