Shoulder and neck pain

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Good day This is in regard to the pain in the left arm, neck and shoulder along with electric shock feeling and pulling. Three weeks back my mother fell from bed and hurt herself on the left side. She gave some hot water treatment, applied ointment and took Hifenac-P, the pain subsided a bit and then all of a sudden started to flare up. Showed to nearby doctor, got ECG done, everything was normal, but there was no improvement in pain...later went to orthopedic doctor, got an x-ray done and came to know that there was a tear....they gave medicine but of no use. I really feel bad for her as also along with this she suffers from allergic cold and cough. It's Can anyone please help my mom and suggest some medicine Thanking you

Hi. What you describe appear to be some serious symptoms coming from the neck. I suggest you see a spine surgeon at the earliest, an MRI of the neck would be required and they should be able to help you with that and further treatment.
