There is nothing called cervical pillow they are marketing gimmicks Use soft thick pillow and keep it till your shoulder line Start with anti inflammatory medications and muscle relaxants Do Hot and cold compression for 5 mins in neck Rest for 3 days Start with basic neck exercises after that No Physiotherapy no stretching no modalities

Cervical pillow helps you . Maintain neck in straight posture and avoid forward bending and lifting weights Use cellphone and laptop screen at eye level don't bend neck more than 10 degrees Physiotherapy and medication do help you
