My son is an 2.5 yrs old he is an feet leg it may develop automatically shoud i concern or worry about it pls suggest properly i also attach some pic

Left sided genu valgum (early) mostly. Need not worry.

Your child is normal. These changes in body of children are called physiological variations. If still in doubt consult a pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon for assessment of alignment, ligament laxities etc.
