Let the child play bare foot on soft soil ( sand on beach, grass fields,etc.). He needs clinical examination & evaluation. Kindly visit a ortho clinic.

Hello, If there are no associated symptoms such as pain and/or difficulty in daily activities then generally no active line of treatment is required. Most people do well without any intervention while few may need non-surgical interventions and even fewer may need surgical intervention. Customized arch support insoles or footwears may be prescribed after proper clinical examination by a qualified Paediatric Orthopaedician and identifying the type of flat feet and identification of any associate conditions(if any)
Next Steps
Visit an orthopaedician/ paediatric Orthopaedician
