Pain below the knee
Hi I am a homemaker, 35 years old..Going gym regularly.. but I m feeling pain below my knee while sitting down and sit up.. it's for few seconds that is for some seconds whille sitting down or sitting up.. it's Bec of calicum or vitamin deficiency or bursitis... Plz suggest

The pain can be due to fatigue or overuse of the quadriceps muscle during sqauts, which puts strain on the patellar tendon below the knee.
