I have earlier been recommended shelcal 500 or shelcal xt tablets and depura(
vitamin d) by some doctors I had visited earlier for general supplementation. But these supplements do not contain vitamin k2.Recently I read regarding vitamin k2 and its impact on bone health.Being vegetarian ( except egg sometimes) I wonder how my vitamin k2 requirement is getting filled and advice on getting suppliment with vitamin k2 ?Also does home made paneer has vitamin k2?
