Dosage of shelcal 500 tablet
Hello sir iam kunal i had a road accident 3 month ago in which i broked up my tibia fibula bone and had a surgery. Now i want to know the dosage of shelcal 500 tablet. Currently iam taking 1 tablet a day . Can i take 2 tablets a day 1-1 morning - evening.

Recommended dose is single tablet.. Taking more calcium wont heal the fracture early..It will take its own time to heal..Too much calcium without proper healing will be excreted out of your body. Ultimately only recommended dose alongwith physiological loading of your bones will help you..
