I have an severe knee pain on both legs and my right knee started get locking.after mri
My right knee meniscus was injured and have an grade 2 partial tear in acl .. and in my left leg it also has an partial acl tear and complex meniscus tear....i underwent surgery after one year ..
1. Right leg----they stitched my Torn meniscus and acl was not done..they said acl was good inside with partial tear...so only meniscus was done..
2.left leg-----after putting scope they said no severity in my left leg...so it was not repaired and remain as it is
now i am on my rehab with quadriceps exercises for both legs....
What is my recovery period..
After how many weeks i can able to use staircase..
How many months it will take me to drive an normal weighted two wheeler...
I am really worried about my future as i am not an sports person...when can i again do an normal desk job and can able to do normal household works... this bed rest is depressing about my future

How many days back were you operated? 6 weeks post meniscus repair is needed for weight bearing walking. Need good core strength and quadriceps and Hamstring strength
