Meniscus Tear
I got a meniscus injury on my right leg. Could someone please let me know if it can be treated without surgery? As doctor told me the tear is on exterior side of the meniscus

The proper management will depend on where the tear is (which can be determined only by seeing the mri films). The general treatment modalities for meniscus tear are meniscectomy, meniscal repair and nonsurgical treatment.
Next Steps
Avoid sitting and sleeping on the ground, avoid using indian toilets, avoid using stairs until the final decision for surgery is made.
