I have pain in index finger of toe while walking since two months. 2 months back I got hurt there due to a furniture. That time I didn't even feel the pain and after a while I started having sharp pain in my index finger bone. Pain has definitely reduced over the period of time but still its not completely gone. My wife is suffering from shoulder pain and pain in a particular portion of backside of head. Even on touching the portion the pain can be felt. She is also frequently experiencing vomiting tendency. Also having pain in both the hands. Please advise.

My wife is feeling pain in ankle since a day or so. I touched the affected area and she felt more pain. But not unbearable pain. I saw slight swelling in the area as show in attachment. Right ankle. Not sure if it is swelling. Or appearing to be. Not injury or accident happend. What over the counter medicine n ointment we can try now. Thank you all
