Popping joints (ankle and knees mostly )
Whenever i bend my knee or move my ankle I hear a popping sound all the time ( not accompanied by any pain ) . I wanna know how to stop it   Pls help

Thank you for asking question. Popping sound accompanied with no pain in various joints is absolutely normal. It occurs in around 5-10% of population. It occurs because of movements between the tissue which can sometimes create a sound. Unless associated with pain, no intervention is needed.

Joint clicks as they are known are common. No problem.  Just leave it alone since you don't have pain. If there is pain. You need to assess for  alignment and cartilage wellbeing etc. Nothing otherwise needed.
