There has been severe pain in the right side of middle back for lad 3 days .it feels like muscle pull and does your uric acid affect it

Pls look my ANTI CCP report ,I was feeling severe knee joints pain and leg pain from last 10 days and morning stiffness Serum uric acid 3.85 ESR 10 (0-14) CRP 4 (above 6) Blood sugar 151 (200) Tsh -3 ,4.5 Tsh is slightly elevated by upper limit 4.20 Doctor says no need to take tablet for thyroid

4 months back I fell while flat running hurting my right shoulder. The pain and swelling reduced after a week. Now when I do some heavy activity or workout such as pushup the back side of right shoulder starts hurting. Sleeping on that side also hurts little. The pain is not there in normal activities after a days rest but occurs again when try to do some heavy activity after some days rest. I attaching MRI report, kindly guide what to do.

The Patient is undergoing with Post Covid Rehabilitation - On Oxygen 5 Ltr / SpO2 95. Past 6 weeks with the spine pain it developed with severity in legs - Sciatica Pain. He has been going through psyotheraphy - ultrasound, electric stimulation. Since few days the pain is irresistable and have been giving pain killer injections. The patient has a 25 years history of disc Prolapse. Kindly please advice.

It's been a year I hv knee pain, some says vein inflammation some says knee cap issue n few says fluid might not be enough in my knee and this pain is constant

From morning i am having pain on top of my right foot (middle area of foot) pain is more when walking also tender to touch. I tired to keep ice but keeping ice is increasing the pain.
