Bone & Muscle problems

I fractured my right humerus 6.5 years ago and had surgery with 2 plates and 9 screws as it was a comminuted fracture. I have almost 90% of range of motion now and don't have any discomfort. I'm able to lift weights in gym as well. I thought of having the implants removed 2 years ago but due to pandemic, i couldn't. Now i would like to have the implants removed after 6.5 years of surgery. My question is will there be any complications? I know that removal of implants gets difficult with time as excess bone grows on implants. Can you please advise if it will be really difficult to remove them. My concern is if i don't have them removed now, the implants might get loosen somehow with time and give complications. I'm willing to have them removed now after 6.5 years. Please advice...

Sir i did mri of my spinal, please tell me if there is a need of surgery or it is curable without surgery. Can it be curable by other treatment. Please suggest. My weight is 62 and height is 159 cm. For information my calcium and vitamin D is ok.

How long this surgery will work . surgery done in govt hospital. So need your guidance in it. How long does it take to heal completely. Can screw be removed in future. Can arm work ever as before??

Rt 2nd mc head fracture due to fall of heavy object. Plaster was applied on 27th March 2021 and removed after one month 4 days. It is not joint in proper form and looks deformed. Can it would be same as it was before. And can I crackmy forefinger again?

My dad met with a car accident 2 days back on Friday. His chest muscles are fractured and nose bone is fractured. He was admitted in hospital and discharged today but doctor only prescribed antibiotics and painkillers..doctor didnt tell what all precautions needs to be taken and hot or cold formentation and how much time will it take to recover.. plz help me to let me know how it can be recovered soon.

Hi i am 29 yrs old .I hav back pain from past 1.5 years it's coming and going. Now from past three months it's been more I cnt bend down and my right leg pains continues from 3 months . I get relif when I sit ..I cnt stand for long . It is symptoms of sciatica . ? If yes wich doctors I should show Orthopaedic or  Rheumatologist

Since Feb 2020, I had severe pain in right leg heel (sole only) whenever i woke up or got up after sitting for few hours. It was fine at other times. The pain used to vanish after dipping leg in hot water but would be back when stopped. Recently, it started hurting all the times. It is difficult to walk now as the pain is constant and spread to all around heel (sole, ankle, and around). Please suggest some remedy.
