Hello, thank you for asking question! Sir, you have secondary osteoarthritis of knee. The tibial condyle fracture should have been operated in 2008. However, now you have developed early arthritis which would have occurred in 65 years of age. Be mindful of that it cannot be reversed. We can only delay the imminent progression to a stage where knee replacement will be necessary. Supplements like Jointace DN and shelcal ct can help but focus on using the knee in a conservative manner. Do not be aggressive with it. You must do knee exercises to strengthen your quadriceps muscle which is the only mainstay of treatment. https://youtu.be/h0k4i3lclxu www.dranuragmittal.com
Next Steps
Increase your dosage of Jointace. Start exercising Continue with calcium supplementation (not more than 3 months continuously)
Health Tips
No food to be avoided. Try to decrease your weight to reduce pressure on knee. You can contact for further management
