I'm suffering from disc bulging problem since October 2020 and Sciatica since April 2021. I was unable to sit or walk when Sciatica started initially. Then I went for physiotherapy in lockdown for a month. So, I'm able to do normal activities for a short period of time, but if I walk or ride 2 wheeler for long, it again starts pain a lot. One of the doctor said to get the surgery done since there is severe nerve compression due to disc bulge after reading the MRI reports. Please suggest what to do. I'm attaching my MRI report.

My right foot hurts alot the tendon back of the foot is the problem it's paining, I can't even walk properly, I'm limping

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have a L5-S1 disc bulge due to which I get back pain when I sit for long hours like 2/3 hours but the biggest problem I am facing right now is that I have Front Thigh Nerve pain(both legs) little bit more in my right leg than left. Doctors say that my front thigh nerve pain is due to my disc bulge, I don't know whether it is due to sciatica or femoral nerve or peripheral neuropathy. Couple of months back I had severe thigh nerve pain than I did NCV and EMG test and I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy than again after sometime I did both tests again and it said that there is no detection of peripheral neuropathy. My symptoms are when I stand, sit or walk for a long time say 40/50 minutes I get irritation in my front thigh, I get little bit of thigh nerve pain, sometimes I get weird sensations like I can feel my thigh nerves while walking and also my thigh muscles feel loose when I walk. My question is- Is this sciatica, peripheral neuropathy or femoral nerve?

The MRI report says: Acute injury to scaphoid with possible injured volar aspect of scapholunate, radioscaphocapitate ligament and scaphocapitate ligament. What does it mean? Is my bone fractured?

Today morning my foot was slipped from steps while going down to stairs.. within that fraction of  time I had a servere pain after some time my foot is normal and I didn't felt any noticeable pain.. I walked and did some work without any pain  on my foot...after some time I have  lyed on my bed for sometime.. from afternoon It was becoming worse ..i can't explain the pain ...without walking and even giving rest also my foot is paining severely I can't even keep the leg on the floor and stand properly please help me doctor to cure this as soon as possible

Tailbone paining a lot it's hard to seat and sleep tell me some remedy or exercise about cure tailbone pain

I am having back discomfort and dull ache . Standing puts pressure on lower back and sitting on upper and middle back. Feel pressure kind of thing. Xray and MRI are normal. What is this actually. Walking is fine but standing and sitting gives discomfort

Weight 110kg Age 23 On thyorid medication 75mg thyrofit currently thyorid is in control. On August 8 I experienced a mild pain in left  calf while walking and it continued for two days. From 10 August my both calves are mild paining and left hamstring above knee has mild pain sometimes . On 10 August I consulted local gp he gave stepcobal forte and muscle relaxants but still no relief. I took covishield second dose on 6 August on left arm and after that it started to pain. What should I do ...is this normal as I have never experienced this in my lifetime.

I am having some intense pain in my tail bone for last two days. It's sudden and hurts on sitting down. It hurts when I touch down at rhe area. What could cause it.
