My mother is suffering from heel pain from past 1 years , what to do so that she can relieve from this pain

Hello, I get a feel of slight dizziness for quite some months. Mostly when I walk or stand for long time and during sitting on ground with no back support. Same when I sit on cushion chairs or car seat with slightly inclined backward I don't get dizziness. Am I getting dizziness due to my shoulder poster change ? Hi doctors having pain in left shoulder since 2 days. Whenever I touch the back shoulder part bone it pains and not only in the back even in the front bone between the two lungs. Also having gas since yesterday. So is the front pain can be due to gas ?
