I have recovered from covid in mid may 2021 but after i m feeling muscle spasm in my back, shoulder and around rib also.

I have 9 months old baby.. I am having back pain.. Iam not even lift him 3mins also.. Before my first carrying also I have this problem.. I am worrying about this.. In this age, so many of doing wonders.. I want to do job after 1 yr.. But I don't have that stamina to handle my 2 kids with job pressure.. I feel stress regarding this.. In normal time, I feel well.. But if am doing any brooming type of actions then I will get the back pain.. Can u suggest me any healthy diet regarding this? Or any suggestions

Hi Doctors, I am facing pain in sole of foot and Arch, tried changing shoes and slippers, still the pain is same. I apply ice over it for relief but again it starts. Is there any medicine for this? Thanks in advance

My mother was prescribed Cap bon dk 60k weekly basis for her osteoporosis issues.By mistake she took it 2 days continously along with calcite in salmon nasal solution usp. Is there any issue with over dosage? Should we seek medical help

From last 4 months I have been observing my left leg Big Toe nail texture Changing and also there is bump happened in middle of the nail, there is lot of pulling sensation in my Toe fingernail. And also left leg colour is slightly ch aged compared right leg. Is this is related to any health complication? I have recently got my blood test and Liver tests done. I'm having Vitamin B12 Deficiency and my liver tests are normal. Is my leg colour change due to peripheral artery disease (lack of blood flow) how do I make sure it is not something serious ? Which doctor should I consult? Recently consulted an Orthopaedic, he said there is slight leg colour variation is there but is it not related to any clots in my leg. Should I consult a Dermatologist?

My father has pain in one leg from waist to knees and that leg does not rise due to pain. There is swelling and pain in both legs from Feb 2021.

My mom is on antipsychotic medication even before that she suffer from joint & knee pain.. She has arthiritis. From couple of days she feel heavy pain on both her knee joint & her legs are also swollen. She can't even walk properly.. She feel more pain on her right leg . She use ayurvedic oil & massage sometime also but that didn't work. Pls suggest me somethig.

Can a person walk normal and not limp after ankle fusion surgery .

2-3 days before i was having excercise for back side fats. But after that my one side on back started aching. Now i am not able to bend down. Pls advice what to do ?? I took brufen..applied moov spray No relief.
