Bone & Muscle problems

Earlier problem in right arm and neck but now transmitting to leg also . Numbness in leg , problem while walking , even some noise like breaking of bones in right hip. Heavy load on right leg while moving .

Kindly suggest general medicines OTC for back pain. It's like bone pain right down I feel the krrr Sound kind of thing in the bone. When I test I feel good improvement. Otherwise if I perform some work say lifting bucket etc I feel krrr sound or a rapid joint pain kind of thing.

I am suffering from knee joint pain issue since one and half years at the age of 29. I consulted with a doctor regarding this and he suggested some medicines for two three month but o didn't get any relief.

My father is having Thyroid, he has the test report of that and it shows TSH ULTRA SENSITIVE  as 8.510 whose range should be 0.3 - 5.5, it might be the reason that he is having pain in his legs ( Calves and Thighs ). can you please suggest any medicine or any physical exercise so that he can get some relief from that pain and to decrease the TSH level also. I faced a minor accident in April 2021 and injured my left hand elbow joint. No fracture was found upon x-ray but I had pain and movement restrictions. It took about a month for the hand to become straight entirely but the pain still exists in certain alignment. In the same hand radial head excision was done in 2012 after an accident and so there's a history associated. Except some compromised weight lifting strength it was working fine till this April event. The pain I feel is associated with the muscle. I would be grateful if you could throw some light into the matter. Thank you🙏

2 days before i slipped from stairs nd my spinal cord got hit very badly and it has been paining very badly and even the intestine area is also paining What is the cure

I started going to gym 3 days ago, and now apart from many muscles being sore which i exercised, but mainly my calf muscles seens very painful while walking. So should i continue the workout or rest? And i hope this will go soon or meds required?please help.

Hello sir I had done my vitamin d  25 hydroxy test in 2019  and it's results was 21.90ng/ml also I had taken the medicines under the doctor advice after taking my pain is ease little bit but after 2year when I pressed tibia, fibula ,internal condyle and all back and neck little bit I feel pain so what should I do

Cervical pain , stiffness in neck and shoulders , muscles pain . I m not able to move my neck .swelling also in back side
