Locomotor Disability
Hi There, I need some information on locomotor disability. Is there any treatment of it? Will it be carried to the next generation? I mean the  children from a locomotive disabled mother, will have any impact of it? You reply would be very much appreciated! Kind Regards, Jitendra

Locomotor disability is a broad term It means patient is unable to move himself and objects from one place to another.. Causes can be: Cerebral palsy Polio Amputation Joint deformity Neuromuscular disorders So many causes are there.. Hence one needs to find out the cause of locomotor disability. If cause is acquired : child wont be affected Cause is congenital: child may be affected.

during pregnancy ultrasound and blood tests are done now . so before birth u r likely to know if child is affected or not..
