Dear Doctors What test should be done for foot pain?? Wearing soft chappal but still its paining little bit when I do exercise. Please suggest me. What test??

Female/33/45k I had foot pain in both foot and heels so consulted to doctor and identified as plantar fascitis. Below treatment followed:   -Tablet Rutoheal-D 1-1-1 7 days -Tablet Tendofit Forte 1-1-1 15 days -Solution Dynapar QPS -Solution Alchohol 1-1-1 7 days -Vit D3 60k Weekly one for three months -Ice and heat formation on foot three times a day since last 40 days. -Physical exercise suggested by physio since last 40 days three times a day. After this treatment the continuous pain went away but if i stand more (30 minutes) and do more activities pain gets start. Also small fluid filled near ankle since last 20 days which is not getting improved after ice and heat formation and excercise. How bursitis can be treated in this case? Will it take time or something else need to be added in treatment. Is it permanent?

My mother is diabetic though her sugar levels are currently controlled , she is experiencing minor swallow feet and not able to walk properly. Help me pls.
