Bone & Muscle problems

My friend is suffering from right knee swelling it is paining while walking. We have diagnosed and attached the report(right supra patellar bursitis).Some doctors gave medicine and asked to take rest. Others suggested for operation. We are worried. Please suggest proper guiendance to cure the problem.

I have back neck cervical disease since 3 years Can this pass go to the left ovary also? I'm very worried.. Please answer my question...

I am experiencing sudden  cramps or shocking sensation in calf region of my right leg multiple times a day. I consulted neurologist but seems like no neurological issue. But I have haemoglobin , vitamin d and other mineral deficiencies. It was reduced for 10-15 days but again it has increased..it's not only seen during night but all day.. during standing sitting sleeping walking.
