Hi, I had humerus surgery with interlocking plate before 3 months ago.As my age is 33,after how many years i have to remove these plate or is it safe to keep that plate in humerus for life time.?

My shoulder dislocated partially( it return back to original position itself within few seconds) twice in 2 months... Will it gets cure itself?? Or surgery will be required( I have seen on google) ..

I have a fracture in my left toe thumb.i have attached the report of x-ray.can you please tell that if there is a need of plaster or something else can work like finger cot?
