Bone & Muscle problems

Recently dignose with l4 l5 disc buldging...was going good fro 2 month with firstly physiotherapy and then exercise and medicine...yesterday i just carry laptop and today the lower back pain and sciatica started again...why these is coming back again and again...pls help..

My father who is 64 years old is suffering from lower back pain which was intermittent initially and appeared like some form of ligament tear of muscle strain pain thst comes suddenly on getting up or bending down to pick something. However over a past year or so it has somewhat turn to be of a chronic situation where he most of the time suffers from the pain.. the pain exactly is not excruciating but however disrupts the normal routine.. he can still drive or do work but feels uncomfortable. His weight is 70 kg and is apparently healthy.. has no history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus or any sort of allergy. He stays physically active throughout the day.. What might be the cause?

I am student of class 11 and got an investigatory  project on PIVD( slip disc) and in this we have to interview a doctor. It will be a small talk for 5 to 10 minutes. If any doctor can voluntarily give their 10 minutes it will be a great help.

Having severe backache which radiates towards legs. Pain starts from shoulder severity at back at the region of pelvis

Severe pain in Calf during night sleep. Took Tablet etova ER 600, moxiforce cv 6 but no help. Able to walk and do regular work.

I am facing the pain around wrist of of my hand. Severe pain observed when I am twisting the wrist or trying to do push ups. This causes pain from shoulder to palm area. When I am bending the hand , at time also facing tingling type of pain.

I injured my wrist 3 weeks ago. Nothing was detected on the initial xray. 2 weeks from the injury I removed the splint for another xray and doctor's pressure test. Before this test, the scaphoid area only used to hurt when I bent my wrist but after the doctor put pressure on it to analyze it started hurting even when my hand is at complete rest. It has been 5 days since that pressure test and it still gives a constant burning sensation. Is it possible that the doctor might have caused this?

My aunt 58yr old is getting esr 100 since a few months now, what further tests should we take and what treatments should be followed. We are confused. Pls guide, is this a concern for worry. tb came as negative

Please suggest any home remedy for pain in joints .pain is caused from long time but at some time it become very worse she is not able to move her body please tell any remedy at home

Sounds coming from my leg joints and it is painful sometime...My age is only 17 yrs...Pls give me some advice...i have also feel something move my my upper right side back area...When i down my head
