Bone & Muscle problems

I have asthma from 2 years along with chest pain in middle and upper back pain in shoulder blades when I taking too deep breath only. No other symptoms. I have scoliosis also buffalo neck hump due to muscle spasm, my chest xray, Calcium, pft test & cbc test is normal. Except vitamin D3 levels is too Low I am taking supplements,nothing improve, what is the cause of this pain? Is it cause of poor posture or something else?

I am feeling slight pain in shoulder and jerk in particular movements .......and my right hand feels heavy after doing exercise. In particular movement kind of poping sound comes or kind of jerky movement this happens when i fold my hand inwards and with elbow try to make a circle . i have been facing this problem for 8 months now and at first i thought it would go away itself but no it is still there. Dont know whom to approach physiotherapist or orthopaedist

Whenever i bend my knee or move my ankle I hear a popping sound all the time ( not accompanied by any pain ) . I wanna know how to stop it   Pls help

I got my Cervical MRI done today, along with brain MRI, as I was experiencing dizziness while sleeping. Brain one is normal. Cervical one shows a muscle spasm and some cyst. How critical is this, and do I consult an Ortho for this, or a Neuro?

Hello sir/mam is it possible to prevent flat feet am preparing merchant navy currently am having completely normal feet and am worrying that will I develop flat feet suddenly there is only 2years left  in my merchant navy course by this am only able to do the job else were my qualification will not be valid so can any one suggest how to keep my normal feet normal for 2 more years

Hi I am getting trickling sound sometimes in my left knee,no pain or discomfort..I play shuttle badminton for one hour daily, can it be continued and do i have to see any orthopedic doctor physically?

I feel pain in my neck which extends to the head also, I also feel pain in the lower back and knee. At the time of waking up the pain is very severe and it becomes very difficult to get out of bed. Opening the eyes also is very difficult at that time. I have constipation problem also. I have thyroid also and take 25 mg tablet.Kindly suggest how to get rid of my problems. Thank you

Continuous pain or discomfort on both the upper arms for last few days... applied volini gel still not relieving

My brother is 30 years old .today  his elbow got fractured due to fall on right elbow from sofa . done xray . and I m not getting whether fractured or not. Doctor forces us for operation. Is that such complex. Or any other treatment . even soft plaster done . Please help me give valuable advice. I have attached xray.
