Swelling of Knee joints and Hand joints
From past 1 week my mother is suffering from joint pains and legs started swelling. She couldn't walk properly and pain started for her hands too. She had Thyroid and using 25mg. What would be the problem and please suggest a solution for her

Hi, This might be due to rheumatoid arthritis Consult directly so that i can prescribe you some essential blood investigations and prescribe medications accordingly!!

Her joint pains may be related to thyroid issues or she could be suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis. A detailed history and relevant tests are needed to diagnose. If treatment is started early, permanent joint damage can be prevented
