Bone & Muscle problems

Got fractured in lateral cuniform,4th metatarsal and hairline fracture in medial cuniform.it's been 1 week on pop. Whenever I drop my foot I'm having pain,pricking and burning sensation just below my toes and above my fractured zone.if I raise my foot over pillow the pain subsides in downward direction towards fractured bone.it will last for 10 min.Y is it so?is it normal? My pop is bit loose at the starting (I can insert my one finger for 2 inch).whereas near my fractured area it's bit tight and loose.is my pop good? How long is my recovery?since my job is going to site,stand often,walk and use steps. If I shouldn't do above after removing pop I need to change to office work.so I need ur suggestion too

Hi, My mom is 60 yrs she has a problem in knee. Like her knee pain if she will not do anything. She is not able to stand, it take few min to stand for her . So what we can do any medicine or physiotherapy. She is already taking medicine for low sodium.

Suffering from back pain , doctor advised hard bed and thin pillow . I have memory foam mattress. Is memory foam considered as Hard bed mattress as it feels softer but memory foam adapts as per body . I am not sure

I did an meniscus surgery last month its been 30 days and I still have pain in anesthesia region in lower back spine...while sitting stretching and while pressing with fingers there is pain .and sometime left side muscles also paining... is that normal.. i am really worried...kindly give answer.. thank you

Had an accident back in April, finally able to put my feet on ground and can walk. But my heel is still swollen with a bump and pains whenever I walk. Unable to understand what can reduce that swelling and will I ever be able to walk and run like earlier days. Heard a lot about cushion insoles but have no idea if I should try them or not. Please let me know what might have caused this and whether any hope is still left for any recovery

I have low grade tenis elbow issue in my two of hands and triceps tendons hurts while working out. Doctor said no for surgery and advised for rest so that it would heal itself. So I want to know is PRP therapy will be helpful in healing it faster as I need to go back to sports soon. And how much it would cost! I can travel anywhere to get this job done.

My mother age 67 was given kenacort 40. For knee pain(looks only minor layer issue during x-ray) couple of days ago.. She says knee pain and stiffness have not completely been reduced.. Do these injection show complete effect in couple of days or they take longer period to show complete effect
