Arm pain since very long time and also back pain due to menopause symptoms. overall calcium deficiency. Frequent body ache

I had lifted heavy weight and had a result there was mild disc bulge as per MRI scanning and no evidence of nerve pinch was found pain was initially on left secrum and now its gone but its actually near hip very throbbing pain and noticrd recently there is tingling om left shin should i be worried?

After total hysterectomy (2years back) I felt too much changes in bones as popping sound in wrists, bone spur in knee and from two days back feeling pain in left wrist. I do yoga from last 7 years. 1.  Whether I can take ayurveda and allopathy medicines together? 2. If surgery is the only option for bone spur or any treatment? 3. May I  continue cartigen duo(taking from last 8 months) Please guide me.

I used to do gym but after sometime I started experiencing pain and popping sound from all body joints...I have tried calcium tablets and also capsules for my joint fluid...lijke chondroitin sulphate...but still pain is present and popping sound also... please help doctor...

I have spondalytits cervical. About 30 years. I don't handle any load in hand because my neck start paining and head is spinning. But yesterday suddenly after laying down my head start is spinning like all world are moving. Is it for my spondalytits ?
