My mother woke up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom and couldn't straighten her leg. when she tried to straighten her leg it started paining just around the knee. she was working alot in the last 2 days and got very little sleep. what should I do?

I have severe right shoulder joint pain.. Sometimes right shoulder swells.. I am taking medicationon this however have  completed the course..

Having pain at one point and also on foot ..this problem arose from last one month.apart from she is on regular medicine of bp and sugar

Hi Doctor, I am finding a guy for marriage for my daughter. The man we found is suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis. Can you please tell if this disease should be a big concern because Google search shows a lot of varying articles on this. Please let me know if this should be a big concern for her future with him. If this disease can be cured/controlled easily? If this disease progresses or worsens with age? Is this a serious illness? I don't want to say no to that person because of this issue. But I need to think about my daughter as well at the same time being a mother. I should be aware of how serious this could be and how to be prepared if I get her married to him. Thank you :)

After a long break I went to ground and had swing the cricket bat leg side. Then i got pain in my right hand wrist scaphoid region. Later it disappeared after a week. 1 month later I went to ground and had swung the bat again and got the pain back in the same region. from then whenever i play cricket i get severe pain when i swing bat and it gets disappeared after a week. Its Been 2 years and have been to many doctors and had taken x ray and Mri scan. But none can recognize anything in them and i took medications suggested by them but still no use. Please give a solution to my issue. I am really missing cricket badly.

I am under medication for my Ankylosing spodylitis. Wysolene 2.5 mg, Acenac 100 mg and 1 Ultracet. All of three once a day. Can I go for vaccine? Please add your suggestion.

My monther had neck pain from long but from last 10 days now ..she isn't able to move neck or shoulders at all. Did X ray and physician told stiffness in neck. Taking medicines Gabapentin 400 , Maytop 150 as prescribed daily from past 5 days, pain is not at all subsiding. And she has problem of gastric reflux also . There is more pain in the right hand below shoulder , chest are around the armpit. Not able to sleep or sit from 5 days. Suggest something for this pain relief and gastric issues.

Hello!! I had complains of lower back pain since 15days following heavy weight lifting For which i took physiotherapy (TENS ,ultrasound,dry needling and SISfor)7days Later my back pain refuced but started getting excruciating pain in left thigh near the greater trochanter and mild numbness over my shin Throughout this i was on tab zerodol mr bd Nervigen np at night Tab pantop bd I also got mri ls spine which showed mild disc bulge at l4 l5 with compression on just theccal sac. (Films attached) My queries 1. Should i continue physiotherapy when there is pain? 2. Is my mild numbness over shin because of dry needling?? As there is no nerve impingement on mri 3. Is flexion distraction therapy useful in my case of mild disc bulge? 4.when can i start lower back strengthening exercises?

Hello doctors, I had a slip disc last year June and last month I felt the same and got my X-rays done it's shows that my vertebrae has moved (please find attached my last year and lates X-rays ) kindly let me know if it's severe !! I delivered my daughter on 2019 through c section and since then I'm suffering from back pain and various issues related to lower back. Feeling really low n loosing myself !! I'm stil 32 I can't imagine spending rest of my life with this issues getting severe day by day year by year .. please share your thoughts regarding my case
