Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have been suffering from disc bulge since last year, I have had treatment, the orthopedic doctor advised to take more calcium from diet as I cannot forever depend on calcium tablets, I know that milk, yoghurt etc are rich in calcium however I have allergy from all milk products so can you please kindly advise me apart from milk products which foods I should consume so that I can increase my calcium intake through diet. Hi doctor greetings I accidentally slipped from the steps and my leg got twisted immediately rushed to nearby hospital and made an x-ray to check for any fractures everything was fine and it has been two days the swelling is there still now (attached image) and mild pain while walking I am on complete rest now how many days should I take rest doctor.. thanks

It's been 4 days since I removed my left foot toe nail, and now it's growing on the right foot, what to do?,how to prevent this ?,I don't know, please suggest some ways and medicines to prevent this. I'm attaching a picture of my right toenail. It's not paining but I'm worried about this.
