I have a lump in my right leg's heel. It occurs since last two week..it is very painful, i cant walk bare feet at home

Hello, thank you for your question. Where is the lump? Is it below the heel or back of the heel? Most commonly lump occurs at back of the heel which is retrocalcaneal bursitis.

For better analysis get checked by an Orthopedic surgeon. It could be a simple corn or callosity. But need to confirm it by physically seeing itas there are many causes for painful swellings.
