Shoulder jerking and pop sound
1. There is a slight pain in my right shoulde r and while working the shoulder gets heavy easily. 2. On particular movement s there is a jerk and slight pain that neither increasing or decreasing. 3.It feels like some tendon displced for a movement and agian goes back to its original place. I went through mri test and every thing seems fine and orthopaedist doctor told to do regular exercise and gym but it still it is not going away .. What to do now i cant think of anything 😭 Its taking toll out of me!!!
