Shoulder Joint Pain
During weight lifting I got an injury in my shoulder. Now for last 1 month, I'm feeling pain in that shoulder joint specifically when lifting my hands and rotating it in the back side. I'm getting some popping sounds also. Not able to sleep on that side. Not taking any medicine. I had a pain killer initially but not getting any benefits. Please advise

Thank you for your detailed history. from history I can suggest there might be some sprain in your shoulder muscle rotator cuff. for a better diagnosis a good clinical evaluation is needed followed by MRI of shoulder.
Next Steps
Give rest to your shoulder, Use USI for 2-3 weeks so that whatever injury happened starts healing.
Health Tips
Avoid hanging your arms (keep it supported ) and lifting heavy objects with that arm.
