1. What should my daily diet look like as I am having high levels of
Uric acid - 9.1 ? ( Some combinations of Indian dishes as suggestions will be helpful )
2. Does instant noodles/instant pasta from the common brands increase the uric acid levels?
3. Can I consume almonds, cashew nuts, Bengal grams?
4. Should I be completely avoiding non-veg - Fish, Chicken, egg? If not then how much of it is safe enough to consume?
5. Can yogurts/curds be consumed? Do they increase the uric acid levels?
6. Which vegetables should be completely avoided?
