Bone & Muscle problems

Is spondylolisthesis permanent? I m taking treatment from last 6 month and still have mild pain . I can't sit on stool aur bed without support more than 10 minutes as it cause pain. And i feel a mild protruding my spine bone at low back level.

There is pain in back so dr said to do xray . I did it plz check that all are ok there is worry. Let me know if there any worried thing. Thanks

Feeling Pain in my foot heel bone while walking after sleep or some rest. It's backside of the bine.

I cannot move far from my bed for a while after sleep my entire back is paining. Pain will wake me up in night sometime. I cannot sleep to my Right side it will pain right side of my back after some time. Please help me what kind of problem it is. Is it long term problem or it can sorted out. Thanks Vijay

When I was in class 10, i got an injury on my elbow ligament after falling while playing football. The doctor applied that POP thing for 28 days. After the removal of POP, i practiced some exercise but, my muscles from shoulder to wrist felt some sensation. I always felt like twisting and turing it, nothing has helped me till now, i have been to gym but that sensation never went. What is going on ? I also feel it more when the temperature in the surrounding drops. If it's cold, i feel it more. The sensation is somewhat like, if i leave my hands free, i feel it will move on it's own.

I'm a bodybuilder and have been training since past 10 years. In Dec 2019, my knee started paining due to squats exercise. Eventually it started healing slowly. Now I'm able to squat again but can't go heavy. What can I do to strengthen my knees and overall bone health, my Vitamin D level was in 30s at that time. However it has now improved. Currently I'm taking 60k vitamin D per week as prescribed by a doctor before. 1. Apart from quad strengthening exercises what supplements can I take to make them strong again? 2. Can I take any steroids to make my knees/bones strong ? (I understand the risk involved)

I had concentric disc buldge and I received treatment for it It is now 70% cured but I started to get pain in my traps and neck so I did some some stretches and it is also fine now But from the last few days I am having pain in lower neck (backside) and I can also see a little swelling so pls recommend what should I do🙏🏼?
