I have pain in my legs and thighs specially when I am sleeping. I do yoga almost everyday what should I do

My right knee mensicus was repaired by suture method and it has been 7 weeks of operation... For the last one week i used to walk 10-15 mins using walker..by putting pressure only in fingers  ,not landed full toe...but from yesterday i have an pain abnormally in my surgical area (left side of the knee)...its feel heavy pain while i move my  bottom toe up and down...is that normal or something else...

I'm working in sales field past 2years I need your consultation for Knee pain in past 2 months need solution for that
